FAQ Directory with Search & Filter by Group

Enhance your FAQ Directory with powerful user-friendly tools- Live Search and Group Filters. At the same time, enable the lightning-fast Live Search Bar, allowing users to find answers in real time as they type. Display filter Group Name below your Search Bar so visitors can instantly view FAQs by specific groups.

Enable FAQ Directory Search

The Filter by Group feature allows you to organize and display your FAQ Directory with added clarity and control. You can easily navigate through your content by selecting a group, Instantly Filtering the FAQ list to show only the relevant questions.

Go to your Dashboard → Ultimate FAQ > Settings & Help > Shortcode tab and Enable Search for FAQs Directory.

Customizing Live Search Default Texts used in the Live Search feature. Go to your Dashboard → Ultimate FAQ > Settings & Help > Language Settings ….tab and Enable Filter by Group. This section allows you to change:

  • Live Search Placeholder Text – The text shown inside the search bar before users start typing (ex, “Search FAQs…”).
  • Live Search Loading Text – The message displayed while search results are being fetched (ex, “Searching…”).
  • Live Search No Results Text – The message shown when no matching FAQs are found (ex, “No FAQs matched your search.”)

Filter FAQs by Group

The Filter by Group feature allows you to organize and display your FAQ Directory with added clarity and control. You can easily navigate through your content by selecting a group, Instantly Filtering the FAQ list to show only the relevant questions.

Go to your Dashboard → Ultimate FAQ > Settings & Help > Shortcode tab and Enable Filter by Group.
