🖼️ Floating Button Icon
Upload a custom icon for the floating FAQ Assistant button.
You can upload your own image to replace the default floating icon used to open the FAQ Assistant. This is a great way to personalize the assistant and align it with your brand.
Recommended Specifications:
- Size: 80 × 80 pixels
- Format: Any image format is supported (
PNG
,SVG
,JPG
, etc.) - Transparent background (e.g.,
PNG
orSVG
) is recommended for best appearance across different backgrounds.
If no icon is uploaded, a default assistant icon will be used automatically.
🎨 Header Background Color
Choose the background color of the FAQ Assistant header.
This setting lets you select a custom background color for the header area of the FAQ Assistant window. Use this to:
- Match your site’s color scheme
- Highlight the assistant visually
- Improve visual consistency with your brand
You can select the color using the built-in color picker.
📝 Header Text Color
Select the color of the text in the FAQ Assistant header.
Ensure your header text remains clear and readable by choosing a color that contrasts well with your selected background. For example:
- Use white on dark backgrounds
- Use black or dark gray on light backgrounds
Good contrast helps users quickly read the title or welcome message in the assistant window.
