To import your FAQ groups into a new site, navigate to Dashboard Tools → Import, then select “WordPress” from the list of import options and upload your previously exported file.
If the WordPress Importer plugin isn’t installed yet, you’ll be prompted to do so-just click “Install Now”, and then “Run Importer” once the installation is complete.
On the import screen, upload your .xml file. Make sure to enable the “Download & import file attachments” option if you want to include any images or media files used in your FAQs.
After the Import process is finished, all your FAQ Groups, Content, and Metadata will be successfully added to your site.
